Returns
- Return requests can be accepted within SEVEN days after the product has been delivered. Any requests to make a return/exchange of goods will no longer be available.
- For eligible returns, the item must be unused and be in the original condition as received. Original packaging must be included for the return.
- As part of a return, you are required to include a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please contact us when you need to return or refund the order.
Regarding return shipping cost
- You are responsible for paying the cost to ship a return. The shipping cost will not be reimbursed. If you receive a refund, the cost for returning the order will be deducted from your refund.
- If it is because Follove is returned due to quality problems, we will choose a location closer to you to accept the return and bear the return shipping cost.
- Items that get exchanged may take time to be received depending on where you are located.
- You should consider using a trackable shipping method or consider purchasing insurance for the parcel. We can not guarantee that a return will be received.
